The incoming laptops measure 380.5 x 254 x 35.6 mm, have a textured black finish that's both scratch and fingerprint resistant, and packs an Intel Celeron/Pentium/Core i3 or AMD Athlon processor, up to 8GB of RAM, up to 640GB of storage space, integrated graphics, a DVD writer, Fast Ethernet LAN, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth (this one is optional), a multi-card reader, a VGA webcam, and a multi-gesture touchpad.
Both machines are pre-loaded with Office Starter 2010 and Nero 9 Essentials, while the C660 also includes the Toshiba Media Controller that enables easy content streaming to DLNA devices. The Satellite C660 and Satellite Pro C660 are set to become available in Europe, Middle East and Africa in Q4.
