Xerox Corporation’s new color multifunction printers (MFPs) are equipped with a dozen features to help mid-sized businesses and large workgroups boost productivity and meet their sustainability goals.
The Xerox WorkCentre® 7545 and WorkCentre 7556 color MFPs offer color print speeds up to 45 and 50 pages per minute (ppm) and 45 and 55 ppm black and white, respectively. The MFPs, which can copy, scan, fax and e-mail, include advanced document management and workflow tools to make office work easier.
Exceptional color
The MFPs offer four advanced features and software tools that give businesses greater control to create documents with superior color, including:
Image quality with 1200 x 2400 dpi output resolution.
Color by Words, a color-editing tool that allows for accurate and vibrant colors on the first print.
User permissions that can be set to ensure only authorized users have access to color printing.
Optional EFI Fiery print server which provides graphic arts capabilities and accelerated print processing that routes jobs to appropriate MFPs.
Productivity features
Office workers can save time by using four advanced scanning and document workflow tools, such as:
Walk-up print and scan USB port located on the front of the MFPs.
Scan to network, mailbox or PC to automatically route documents to a predefined file for fast retrieval.
Text-searchable files to easily find and search scanned documents.
