Samsung is more than able to deliver 3D entertainment to the living room, but also wants to offer 3D to desktops users and it developed the stylized 7 and 9 series monitors , which have built-in synchronization transmitter with goggles and come along with a pair of active shutter 3D glasses for 3D games and middleware.
The 7-Series monitors feature a design called "Touch of Color" with details of color embedded in the frame, while the 9 series models come with a very thin, asymmetrical design and an aluminum base that hosts all the circuits.
Monitors the family 7 (S23A750 S27A750 23 "27 ") and 9 (S23A950 S27A950 23 "27 ") have LED backlighting, a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, 2 ms response time, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, and D-Sub connectors, HDMI and DisplayPort (the 9 series models also include dual DVI port).
Samsung is planning to launch the four 3D displays in March.
