PC maker Lenovo has now unveiled an updated version of its IdeaPad S10 notebook. Dubbed simply IdeaPad S10-2, the portable machine is 200 grams lighter and 4mm thinner than its predecessor, has a larger keyboard (89% full-size) and touchpad, and comes in four colors - black, white, pink and grey.
Still boasting a 10.1-inch LED backlit screen (1024x600 pixels resolution), the new IdeaPad has a 1.6 GHz Atom CPU, 1GB of RAM, an 160GB hard drive, a 1.3 megapixel camera, WiFi (3G optional), and a battery life of up to 6 hours. The netbook comes loaded with Widows XP Home Edition, QuickStart, VeriFace, and OneKey Rescue, and is scheduled to start shipping at the end of this month with a starting price of $349.
