Toshiba reorganizes the structure of its service centers
Toshiba Company notifies its clients that it is currently reorganizing the structure of its service centers on the territory of Russia, aimed at the coverage map extension and the mprovement of service quality. One of the reorganization stages is the termination of contract with the service provider Serso from April 1st, 2008, and transfer of the regional service centers to a new provider, who is responsible for the Toshiba service development in the regions. The transition period will not last for a long time and will be “painless” for the company’s clients. Mr. Oleg Mengulin, service manager, hopes for clients’ understanding and cooperation.
