Xerox has announced the release of a new monochrome laser MFP Phaser 3635 (A4). The device is especially designed for medium and large business groups (up to 25 people). Moreover it comes in handy for big organizations overloaded with a huge amount of documents.
The model comes in two modifications: Phaser 3635MFP/S and Phaser 3665 MFP/X. The former supports printing, scanning, copying functions. The latter features apart from the functions mentioned above a fax function and a built-in convenience stapler for automatic document binding.
Phaser 3635MFP is one of the fastest monochrome A4 MFP. Fast speeds - up to 33 ppm and as fast as 9 seconds to first copied page - keep up with the user’s busy pace due to the high-efficiency processor (360 MHz) and 256 MB RAM. Maximum duty cycle is 75,000 pages per month. All these features guarantee reliable and regular work.
One of the main features of the MFP is a big LCD touch screen interface that provides a convenient access to all basic and advanced features.
Xerox Phaser 3635MFP is remarkable for a great amount of additional features like powerful scanning features with the ability to scan documents to email, public or private network folders, or to a USB memory drive; automatic document classifying; simultaneous document copying of different paper sizes; booklet printing.
The two-sided output and 50-sheet duplex automatic document feeder fully automates the printing and copying process of two-sided documents. One-component cartridges (5000 and 10 000 pages) enable to both lower greatly printing expenses and minimize time spent on the replacement of consumables. Standard paper capacity is 550 sheets but can be expended to 1,050 sheets.

ABBY FineReader Professional Edition 7.0 and Nuance PaperPort SE 10.0 provide such features as multilingual document recognition, PDF-files editing, automatic conversion of faxes into text documents etc.
