Xerox unleashes a new series of monochrome MFD Xerox WorkCentre 5225/5230, aimed for SMB.
The WorkCentre 5225/5230 is a new series of digital A3 MFDs with productivity equaled to 25-30 ppm that will replace the existing WC 1236/128/133 series.
This series is remarkable for its first page layout - 4,3 seconds – enlarged paper capacity of up to 5100 sheets. The latter significantly saves the user’s time and consequently enhances the productivity of the workgroup. Moreover, the new MFDs incorporate a renewed and improved graphic user interface, used recently only in high-end models. A touch-sensitive display, a notification system help the user to master the work with the device.
Xerox Extensible Interface Platform technology allows, for example, users to see custom touch-screens that prioritize the tools they need most. For instance, the MFD can be combined with a Stop Unwanted Access function or scanning programs. “We are sure that WC5225/5230 is the best solution on the MFD market from the price/quality/user-friendliness point of view. The new series is designed especially for SMB’s needs who are interested either in the replacement of the previously installed equipment or in joining separate devices” – says Maria Dvurechenskaya, Xerox product manager.
Scan to email, scan to mailbox, or full network scanning, secured printing, secured fax functions are successfully implemented in Xerox WorkCentre 5225/5230. The new models come with 2 finishers at option: an integrated office finisher of up to 500 sheets and the other one of up to 2000 sheets.
