In 2008, Samsung Russia Service Co., Ltd. increased its service network by 15% year-on-year. At present, there are 843 service centers operating all over Russia; 128 corporate service centers were opened in 83 Russian cities to date. To settle urgent matters a Single Support Service of Samsung was created (a free call to 8 800 555 55 55 from any region of Russia). The call center received more than 78,000 calls monthly over 2008.
Mature logistics is another important factor behind the fast and quality service. An average servicing term for Samsung products was reduced to two days due to a warehouse in Moscow and day-to-day delivery of spare parts by express mail. The result is matchless for Russia, making Samsung a leader in this service segment. The company constantly upgrades skill of its stuff: specialists are regularly trained to work and service new models to provide for fast and quality service of clients.
Next year, Samsung Russia Service Co., Ltd. will strengthen its leading position among service divisions of the Corporation making up a single strategy of servicing and supporting the Samsung brand.
