Samsung Electronics Corporation, the number one worldwide brand of professional LCD display products, has announced the addition of three new LCD monitors to its family of “Touch of Color” (ToC™) desktop displays. With the perfect combination of technology and style, the new monitors P2070, P2270, and P2370 will be available March 2009. Using Samsung’s dual-injection technology, these feature-packed LCD monitors have a transparent plastic bezel with rich gray coloring that give it a glass-like appearance, and deliver crystal clear high-definition images.

Complimented by a 16:9 aspect ratio, the new ToC™ monitors display HD content with precision and provides versatility for any home or office space. These new elegant monitors also have an ultra fast 2ms (GTG) video response time, the P2270 and P2370 also offer a 1080p full-HD experience. The crystal-like bezel frame reduces the reflection of light to reduce glare, and sits on a swivel stand for optimal screen positioning.

To assist consumers in reducing their carbon footprint, Samsung’s new ToC™ monitors consume half the normal wattage of other monitors by using two-lamp low power consumption. The manufacturing process eliminates harmful paints and sprays to enhance the recyclability of the entire monitor.

Featuring a unique glass stand neck, it gives the illusion that the panel is floating. In addition, the monitor is designed so that there are no obtrusive buttons on the front or sides on the panel. Instead, each display features Samsung’s unique Startlight Touch Controls which integrate the On Screen Display (OSD) buttons into the bezel for a seamless look and feel.
