PC Magazine/RE (February 2009) revealed results of its annual review "Best of the Best" products in the Russian IT-market in 2008.

Apart of awards based on so called peoples vote or on-line voting, the winners of PC Magazine/RE contest are selected by experts of the test lab and editorial of the magazine. Products are evaluated for technology innovations, ergonomics, productivity and quality.
